Customer grant accounts with grant ledger balances, expense band limits, virtual debit cards, and ISO-style message forms ready for provider activation. Payments via domestic market rails, central-bank intranet, central-bank internet gateway, international wire transfer rails, securities/finance message rails, and Google Pay/Apple Pay channels require live provider credentials and endpoint configuration in the Live Operations control center.

Live-operations note: payment, card issuance, wallet tokenization, and central-bank messaging functions are enabled only after provider credentials (SWIFT BIC, Monzo/BIC card processor, Google Pay, Apple Pay), production endpoints, compliance, and callback hooks are configured. Until live activation, payment submissions default to sandbox-only mode for safe testing. This dashboard connects to the configured MySQL/MariaDB ledger for balances, approvals, and transaction history.

Central Bank Internet Gateway

Authenticated web-facing route. Requires configured provider endpoints for Google Pay and Apple Pay tokenization callbacks.

Domestic Market Clearing

Local market disbursement rail. Activation requires configured clearing integration and bank settlement account.
